West Valley College, Fall 2017
In a four-by-four grid, the Sun glows in the center while the moon shadows behind. The moon encourages the Sun to bring life and energy, splitting the grid into four quadrants. The top left represents winter, where icicles form, snow fall, and cherry blossoms grow. The top right represents spring, where the snow melts and trumpet flowers bloom. The bottom left represents summer, where the heat distorts reality and brings drought. Finally, the bottom right represents fall, where the moon is celebrated as the wind blows the leaves to die.
