Conventional, neoliberal agriculture catalyzes environmental and social degradation through pesticide cycles, international food dependencies, industrial monoculture, land grabbing, and more.
This is unacceptable…
Agroecology protects the roots of agriculture by implementing processes that are integrated and symbiotic with the environment and native ecosystem. From silvopastoral fields to terraced landscapes, these strategies have been practiced for generations through community farms and indigenous groups.
People exchange a connection with nature for its bounties, therefore protecting and cherishing the Earth is a must. This principle fosters food sovereignty amidst desperate impoverishment, empowering peasant farmers of their craft over corporate farming.
